Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately at info@kctimes.co for assessment. 

 

REFUNDS

We take great pride in the quality of our goods. All items are inspected before shipping. If, for any reason, goods are faulty in any way upon delivery we will exchange the item. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis determined by how minor or major the issue is.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your goods and we will help ascertain if a refund or exchange is suitable.

Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged (accidental or consequential) or missing parts {other than our error} 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If approved, we will exchange goods, offer a store credit for future use, or returned monies.
